Dear all

On Saturday, we have our Verdi Requiem Workshop.  Here is a reminder of the times: first rehearsal starts at 10.30am, lunch is from 1-2pm, last rehearsal ends at 3.30pm, and our performance is from 4-5pm.

On Monday we will be rehearsing the Credo and Et resurrexit from Rossini's Petite Messe Solennelle.  The livestream link will be: https://www.youtube.com/live/YtimhuoRC_E.

We will also be rehearsing Bruckner's "Locus iste" for a change from the Rossini.  This is part of our occasional repertoire which we might bring out when the occasion arises.  I attach a pdf file for you to print off if you can.  In case you have not found this page, this is where all our repertoire is, past and future:

You will see all our occasional repertoire if you scroll down.

Marjukka (who came with her choir from Finland to last year's workshop) has been in touch and has sent this message:

A year has almost gone from our trip to Thornbury. It was unforgettable and we often talk about it when we meet. I am glad Pamela will be joining you this year, even if we others could not. There has been a lot going on in the choir but also in the lives of many of us.  Who knows what the future will bring next year!

We hope you will have a great workshop and a lot of singers coming to it. And of course, a great success in recruiting new members through it.

And that all of you have a wonderful time! Please give our regards to all!

Best wishes,
Mike Elcock
