South Cotswold Choral Group (SCCG) was formed in 2008 by five traditional choral societies (Cirencester Choral Society, Thornbury Choral Society, Tyndale Choral Society, Wycliffe Choral Society and Yate Choral Society), who have since welcomed Fairford and District Choral Society and Stroud Choral Society to the Group.
The South Cotswold Big Sing Group (SCBSG) emerged from SCCG to put on large scale workshops and concerts in alternate years.
